The whole engine bay colour coding was purely an experiment and now that its all back in there, there are a few pipes and things that i should've left black.

No it doesn't.
Just change the Quality Setting from Standard to High (see below the 'Views counter') and enlarge the video on screen. It does take a while for the high quality video to be charged completely though
