For me, c.4 weeks to payout IIRC with no third party insurer to involve as the biker wasn't insured!

my first claim took 10months to settle, i wansnt to blame for this one. I have another currently on going 7months on, this one i want even driving it, my ex decided she would have a battle with a focus on wrote off the car! hence now i have a Coop

12 months for a non fault, only got the car back from the bodyshop a few weeks ago...

Im with admiral, the damage done to my boot took 3 months from start to finish, bodyshop were to blame for a 4 week delay.
It was a non fault and i got my excess back 1.5 months after paying it.
