Just a quick question for anyone that has a Zender rear skirt, i have one on the way and will be getting it fitted soon, but at the same time im getting a scorpion exhaust or a blueflame (CAT back) both tail pipes are about 4" (i think) so does anyone know if either of those exhaust fit through the hole of the Zender rear lip, or does it need enlarging (not that i fancy doing that) laugh

It'll be tight - I have a SuperSprint, which is about 3", and there's very little clearance - I reckon 4" may touch / knock

i asked for mine to be made bigger before painting as i have a 4" scorpion and it still needed a little trimming even then.

not many things are simple.

have you had yours long sprintsteve, just wondering whether it would melt it if its too close, or even touching any part of the skirt.

had mine fitted nearly 2 years no problems at all, mine is not quite touching,i think as long as the exhaust is adjusted right when its fitted to sit correctly in the cut out you will have no problems so i wouldnt worry mate

That looks like a nice snug fit, thanks for the pictures, very gratefuly, the peco exhausts does look nice too laugh will have to make my decisions. I like the way you have had your zender rear lip moulded in, seemless, i was thinkin about doing that.

How do they do it then, i thought they just over spray with the lip already fitted, or do they have to fill the cracks with something (they sounds rank what i just said laugh )

i fitted the kit myself, took to body shop where they ran a bead of sealant to fill in the slight gap between zender rear lip and original bumper for a better finish.they sprayed the whole of the back bumper too.
