Im 20 with 3years NCB with no points on my license and on an unmodified 20VT, fully comp with a £450 excess I pay £870 for 10 months insurance. Thats with Bell, might be worth a try?

i'm drunk again..well i'm on holiday but the postcode lottery jimboy is something i prob haven't factored in.
