finally got around to putting the coop in for test yesterday and after over 6 months of cleaning grinding painting,an engine replacement and just about everything you can think of being replaced the car passed the test with flying colours
i was still very nervous however as the engine sounds really sweet but you never know what the emission results will be they turned out to be well within the limits but only after a good thrashing which would appear to be the norm.

would like to say a big thank you to everyone who gave there time to answer the never ending list of questions i posted,you all know who you are cheers lads
and also to the people who supplied the many used parts to make the rebuild possible.

really looking forward to the rest of the summer back behind the wheel of the coop and maybe meeting some of you guys somewhere along the line,its always nice to be able to put a face to people who use the forum.
