why do you need them in MPH to pass the mot? probably differnt for motorbikes but all of my bikes have been in kph

I have some drawings done, not only because most have not got the dashboards to make the model, because there are some differences eg in the 20vt and 16vt at the moment I have made 4 to 16vt see that for 50 eur

ohhh .... like that 20v turbo logo ... if it had LE then the number underneath that would look superb

excellent, other than the miles per hour, I notice that yours has an Oil temp gauge, where as mine has a battery power gauge - would you able to change this ??

yes I can change it easily, as I said before I have not done so because they wanted to do from a PLUS or LE to have 100% certainty in the accuracy of all numbers. but have no becomes more difficult to hit that

These are really rather good. I was expecting to hate them (you know what I'm like with anything non-standard)but they are classy and in keeping with the car. They do need to be in mph to pass an MOT though

My sentiments too Alan, I have rarely seen anything that suits the car better than standard Fiat items but these certainly break that for me.

Dash pic on their way. The standard 20vt ones are good but you may want soem better plus/le ones. As the dials are in the car I could not get the camera square on due to the steering wheel being in the way and on our Nikon in front of the wheel was too close

if someone has a dashboard with the most use in the 20vt plus or le mph and sent the drawing that I did not dismantling the dashboard because use paper plant to have everything 100% with no margin for error, because I am afraid to do that from a picture there may be some mistake ...
then I return the dashboard and do a special price of his own...

As for the silver or white ones, I was put off this when I did a silver dial conversion on my Punto GT. They were quality Lockwood dials but the glow through in the dark was all uneven and looked terrible. Ended up going back to standard

Well done john, it’s really easy to take to bits, I just made a little pin remover like the axel puller on model cars.

I had an email saying the dials were nearly ready and he was going to send some Pics. I am eager for a set of these as I have a dash in pieces, with all dials removed ready for building up.

I suppose that will depend on the quantity. When we get more details it may help to sort a group buy and pay the postage once from Portugal.

I hoep to have a couple of Dashes ready for these and then fit and test them. If they voth work then we could do an exchange type program. Just early days at the moment though.

You could close up the numbers on the oil pressure gauge to keep those with oil pressure worries happy!

We do need a good scan of the LE dials first They are different from the 20VT in that the speedo markings are different.

Not forgetting the battery gauge instead of oil temp

I apologize for the delay but I had to leave and too much work to do what I do is limited to the dashboard

the 20vt can say that is already completed or LE plus the need to draw the MPH is not correct because

is practically impossible make mph and km/h because the letters become small the machine is unable to make the cut

These look nice.

But my concern would be fitting of them. Presumably you need to pull the needles off the dials first, then peel off the original dash display. Then push the needles back on. From past experience with other Fiats, this is not as easy as it sounds. With needles snapping, or losing where they should be, after taking the old needle off.
