Hi
Im going to see Flea on Wednesday so i check my car tomight as well as fit new rad and do oil change, and athe same time check brakes as they havent felt right and have been creaking which i was told on here could be a sticky piston, any way take passenger front wheel off and looked like the hose was wet, when i looked further and shined a light on it you could see that there was brake fluid between the plastic coating and the braid, well you couldnt actually see the braid so it must have split. Ive had these about a year and im sure i got the revised versions, because of the probs with the first ones. Ive know got to get a normal flexi hose to put on that side until i can get some thing sorted, can i trust braided hoses any more. i have just sent an email to goodridge explianing the problem and that i would like them to contact me if not i will take the issue further as that could ogf gone when going down to bristol.
Can people who have had this problem tell me what to do or what can be done from goodridge's point of view and what can i replace it with in the long run.
Cheers
