Im after getting my 20vt lowered but I was wandering if you need to replace the whole of the suspension i.e dampers etc or would just a set of lowered springs do the trick?

I was looking at Eibach Prokit Lowering Springs 30 mm which seems pretty good

the stock dampers will still work, but expect them to have
a shortened lifespan.
