Hey guys been considering replacing my air filter with an after Market filter. 2 questions, which is the best choice and what would be the benefits??

My car is totally standard at the moment.

Cheers

Leigh

The only noticeable gain is a nice noise.

You *may* gain a tiny bit of power and you *may* lose a bit of low down torque but it's nothing your ever going to notice really

Just drill some holes in your airbox......same result.

To be honest any good branded cone air filter you can get to fit propperly will do the job, they all work on the princible that they filter the air unrestricted, green, k&n, pipercross, blitz, all good brands, avoid the cheap chav tastic china copy stuff.

Halfords sell off k&n 57i kits cheap in the ripspeed bargin sections but your have to travel to a few to find one
