Northern Ireland Italian Motor Day May 25th 2013 - 01/05/2013 12:14
To all,
On Saturday 25th May the Northern Ireland Italian Motor Club (NIIMC) will be hosting their All Ireland Italian Motor Day again and this year it’ll also be the Clubs 10th Anniversary.
The venue is the same as the last couple of years, at Lagan Valley Island Centre in Lisburn which is just 5 mins off the M1/A1 so it’s easy to get to from North or South. The place is ideal, being quiet, bright and secure, with ample parking. The Island Centre also has toilets etc and a nice restaurant (which will be serving Italian food on the day – Yummy).
Entry is free, though it might be a nice gesture to join the NIIMC if you’re not already a member. Bring along anything Italian be it a car or a bike. In fact last year there were a number of lovely non-Italian vehicles too (Ford Classic, Mini Cooper, Lotus Cortina, Nissan R35 GT-R, Karman Ghia, a Mk1 Golf Cabriolet and several Porsches. I think there was a TR6 aswell.)
Last year I think the Club had 86 Italian cars on show and 12 Italian Bikes. It was a great day out.
