From my own past experience, i would advise being very wary of second hand masks and capes... sick

Looks like it's had new hoses etc. Nice car, if they wanted grey should have gone Chrono, but it looks well cared for.

"would suit someone mechanically minded or out of their mind" is my favourite quote, it sums up coupe ownership perfectly.

I kind of like it, and the ad.'s text is rather funny. But, since I've only just concluded the deal for my 2nd Coupe this one I'm a bit stuck for space. rofl

Just an allusion, and the colour a little.

"rare black leather"?

Re: The Batmobile 20vt - 22/07/2012 20:15

I like the colour/paint, suits the car. Good they have done the interior strips too.
A little odd that the only bit to carbon effect wrap is the just surrounding the stereo!

They're vt6 recaros by the looks, factory option that almost nobody bought. I've only ever seen one car with them.

Re: The Batmobile 20vt - 23/07/2012 00:06

No way, I remember when that car was a completely immaculate resprayed sprint blue Coupe. I've seen it on here before, was a gorgeous car! Such a shame someone has ruined it!

Re: The Batmobile 20vt - 23/07/2012 02:00

Well, Seeing as I'm on night shift, I may as well make myself useful! This car has a history longer than Batmans Schlong!

* on Fccuk radar through Deano20VT who we know owned it as of the 29th January 2007.

* She was then sold to Blue20VT likely around August/September 2007. He owned it for a couple of years before Selling to Didcoop May 2009.

* Didcoop sells the car to Neil20VT (Date unknown).

* Neil20vt sells the car back to Didcoop in June 2010.

* Didcoop sells the car sometime between August and november 2010, as by December he's gone through a couple of other cars.

So between August 2010 and popping up now it's had a respray. What's sad is that Neil had her completely resprayed in 2009 and by all accounts the Sprint blue paint was immaculate. Then some nugget goes and resprays it 50 shades of grey crazy

What money do you think this will fetch? As a Normal 20vt with a few niggle slike this would only get circa £8-900?

This colour should have been a factory option IMO, Lovely

I really like the colour too, different to any Coupe resprays I've ever seen.

Sure would get plenty of attention at a Coupe meet.

I really like the colour scheme. Personally I wouldn't do it to my car, but I still think it suits the lines.

Nah, I nabbed a SORNed Porto 20VT with loads of goodies that was advertised on eBay with no interest shown, where was everyone? £700 + £180 delivery, can't be too bad, eh?
