How to order your 1/18 scale model Fiat Coupe.

The club has now bought a consignment of 50 1/18th scale Coupe models from Otto.

Due to shipping costs it is only economical for the club to supply models to UK addresses. Elsewhere it will be less costly for individuals to deal with Otto models direct.

Prices from Otto are 46€ per model plus 7€ shipment to French addresses and 18€ to any other EU country. We cannot match that, nor should we.

The club has been able to charge a little less for models delivered to UK addresses.

As forum users will be able to pay in Sterling so there will be none of the exchange and transfer costs. This makes it simpler and cheaper for you.

The delivered price to club members is £49.00 and to non-members £51.50.

Payment may be made to our bank account, or through Paypal.

We expect to take delivery of the models at the end of November and they will be shipped out as soon as possible thereafter.

As we will only have 50 models available we are limiting deliveries to a maximum of 2 per person.

To be as fair as possible, between now and November 5th we will give priority to those club members who have added their names to the original list and who make their payment.

I don't think so Jim, they deal with different aspects:

One which keeps members aware of how many have been paid for and lets me know whose payments to expect to see in the bank and paypal accounts.

Hi,apparently if you book direct from otto-model (because you have got no uk adress like me) you have to book before the 1st of november.

My understanding is that you will be able to order after 1st November with Otto but via the on line shop part of their website.

The November 1st deadline is for pre-ordering models.

Hi Gimmo you will have to go to http://otto-models.com/en/indexhome where you can buy them direct.

The postage cost from UK to Italy makes it more expensive for you to buy them from us than going directly to Otto.

I've been off the forum for a couple of weeks, am I still able to buy the model I expressed interest in? As soon as I hear back I'll pay direct to the bank account. Apologies.
