What's your Coupé's handle?

Seeing as "Marvin" is at FCSS atm, and there is an "LEmental" that I know of, who else has named their coop?

Mines called the @*!#ing bast@*! C@*! At the moment....if I ever get the snag list sorted I'll rename it....

The missus Mazda is Maizie and my Supra has been named 'The Soop'

I can only assume they chose Colin because it began with C!
No idea apart from that.

One of my co-workers has a cat called Colin. Her boyfriend picks Colin up and sticks his head in the feeder so Colin's chip opens the lid, rather than push the button designed for that purpose...

Mine was called Harry by my daughters a few years ago when 1D were at their height of fame

F**king piece of s**t was it's name about half an hour ago Usually just 'The Coupe' or car.

Popped to put some air in the tyres and as the screenwash eventually just dribbles out and as the water was next to the air, I thought I'd pop the bonnet and stick some water in the washer tank as I can hardly see through the screen.

The bonnet would not open at all It's done it once before, but then it opened, but it wasn't having any of it earlier.
Luckily, not many people around and hopefully, no cctv watching what looks like a woman who can't open a bonnet, not a woman that owns a cool Fiat, just struggling with a Fiat related problem!

Between that and the dipped beam adjusters having their own little up and down disco dance.......

Since I've owned it my Coupe has been ''The Fiat', the name has stuck despite the purchase of a 500X, which is owned by the wife and named by me as 'Your Fiat'.

I call mine, 'the 20 valve'

This comes from years of having that engine.

This, despite the fact that I in fact own the VIS, which doesn't remotely have the same romanticism about it,

I didn't aspire to own another 'VIS'- I did aspire to own another 20 valve...

I called my first Coupe "Rocket". My present one is just "The Coop".

My Alfa Sportwagon is called "Bluebell" and my red transit minibus is called "Rosie".

Snoopy. I just got in it once and was singing a silly song (as you do) and called it 'Snoopy the Coopee' while petting the dash. It just stuck...

Nothing that deep I'm afraid, I tend to go with a name that has the same initial as the make, Felicity was the only name with F as it's initial that grabbed me, plus I'm a fan of DC comic TV shows (Felicity Smoak) so it kind of fit.

We've always named cars and bikes in our family. I was looking at Italian baby girl names but then when I got him, the sound of the fan after a long run reminded me of Marvin the paranoid android and the name stuck.

And I've got this terrible pain in all the diodes down my left-hand side...

My current Ink Black 20VT6 is called "Black Betty" which came to us via the song that includes the lyrics, "Oh Oh, Black Betty, bam a lam."

I remember it well, it was after all pretty catchy at the time.
Actually, I suspect it was one of the first 45's I bought as a 11 year old teenager (circa 1977?)!

Mine was nameless- until last year.

When, after I thought she was broken beyond repair-she spent time at FCSS being fixed and brought back to life- and she took on the title The Red Special - aka TRS.

Now for some driving adventures in her in 2018!

Well Hanny is still around (hiding in the garage) but his replacement is called Ellie. (LE geddit)

My friends and family call mine "The WAG" (as in footballers wife). It fits really. Good looking, sexy, racey ,but demanding, expensive tastes and throws regular tantrums.
