Back in the fold - 21/02/2017 20:10

Collected my new coupe today after a spell without one.

Thoroughly enjoyed my drive home from Sheffield in her, even sitting in traffic coming out of Sheffield was a pleasure with the looks she got smile

I'll take some tomorrow. Honestly I've forgotten how to post them on here, is it [imgpop] at either end?

Welcome back Joe, yes copy your link and press the blue square icon above the reply screen. It does the imgpop thing for you

Not been near it in daylight since collected, but it's this Coupe.

Seems there is an ongoing issue with this so ignore my previous posts in this thread

Re: Back in the fold - 24/02/2017 22:10

I'm a wee bit slow here but this was Duffy's restoration Coop wasn't it? Lots of care & attention went into this car. Very detailed along the way. One of nicest I've seen on here. I suppose there are still things to keep on top of though, then again that's the same with any vehicle. Good purchase, enjoy the car Joe... smile

Indeed it was Jim, bearing the plate C20 VTP iirc and well-known around these parts having come all the way up from the south coast. It was in part due to its restoration I came into possession of a 2nd hand set of Recaros and a couple of other bits and bobs - really comfortable driving!

I noticed that too, brought a smile to my face.

No sign of the private plate. A few other bits missing too, boot cargo nets, the nice car cover that was sold with it etc.

I'll be removing those bloody ally dash rings, never have like those.

I think it describes what you did, upload to photo bucket and copy direct link to forum imgpop picture button. Perhaps the only difference is the use of the img pop button rather than typing imgpop at either end?

Regardless it words and your Coupe looks stunning!
