Positives with this car, sunroof open fully, no warning lights on the dash, satnag and hands free working, negatives are it's selespeed, no documented/mention of history, clutch, belts etc.... and it's yellow
No not at all, yellow attracts flies which in turn makes them crap on it leaving black spots, bloody nightmare to keep clean, I've no personal problem with the colour, Vincy grey is of course the best, anything else is what floats your boat
It does mention the auxiliary belts have a squeak. Which means nothing to me. Sounds like something Scottie says on Star Trek when the engines can nay tek it Captain.
Yep the gearbox was terrible and rough, a second or so delay before gear changes when driving it quickly, not much better cruising either. A friend of mind had one, pretty quick and sound nice but in the end he got rid of it.
Dont do it, the gearbox is about as enjoyable as falling down a set of steps. its not a quick car for being 2.4, its kitted out well, but unless you like fault scanning every week id really avoid.

Re: Cheap 2.4 Stilo! - 26/04/201718:40
Suppose a manual one is better, but surely any 2.4 Stilo needs the same level of maintenance and investment as 2.0 Coupe? Think I know where I'd rather spend my £1000 a year!
Must admit though, I'd like to take a Schumacher version for a spin, in fact any one for a spin.
