Questions regarding my Turbo

Hi all, Awhile ago my dipstick read wrong and I overfilled my oil. Rookie mistake I'm aware, please don't be too harsh lol, It killed me.

Anyway I usually hear when taking off a turbo blow off in first but its the only gear I hear it in apart from the odd time in second. It also boosts alot stronger in first and second than a lot of the other gears.

Is this normal or should I be worried??
