Water Ingress Boot

Has anyone ever had problem with water leaking into the boot. I've tried replacing the rubber seal around the boot but still leaking in. I can live with the problem as have plastic sheeting on boot floor but just wondered if there were other things I can try without taking to a garage.

If there's corrosion to the inner arch/floor you'll also get water ingress that way as well.

Ok. Looks like will probably at some point have to go into garage for good restoration work. Maybe in the winter when less likely to use it. Thanks.

1) Boot seal
2) Seal at wiper motor spindle
3) Boot floor
