I have £150 that the wife seems to have forgotten about. It has been sitting in my paypal account for a few weeks now.
OK here is the question:
Should I pay off some debt?
Buy my six year old daughter more presents (Birthday was on the 18th Sep)
Buy a nice present for my wife (Birthday on the 18th Oct)
Or see if I can get a Second hand s/s cat back for the Coupe?
Decisions, decisions

The debt will wait until next month
Your daughter has had enough presents and doesn't need any more
Your wife will understand and carry on putting up with you
Cat back for the Coupe, because it's worth it

Be very very careful.
She won't have forgotten about it. She's a woman.
It's probably a test!

Ok you aren’t making things easier.
Now can I get a cat back and still have a few pence left over for the Wife?

Re: Decisions - 01/10/2006 03:42
Can you not buy the cat back for your wife, then find out it doesn't fit her car and do the honorable thing and take it off her hands for nothing

Move money to another account and wait for two weeks and then your in the clear
If she asks before the two weeks are up tell her you moved it to to gain more interest
Either way you win
She would never be able to keep it quiet for the two weeks if she knows about it

Now I like the idea of buying the cat back for the wife’s car. Will a coupe cat back fit an MX5?
Come on you lot, your not helping. At least coupecraig is trying to keep me on the straight and narrow!
Ok who’s got a cat back for sale?

really mate
go with the wife
she'll be made up.
plus
you could take her for a meal with the money you where going to spend on her birthday
that way you'l really suprise her
she blatently hasn't forgot about the money, but will wave a blind eye if you do something nice with it

What? If he puts his wife before the car, he'll run her over
So now you're telling him to run her over?
That's cruel

Still think the car first though - If the wife finds out it all YOUR fault.
Does FCCUK have any liability insurance?

I like to live dangerously.
Strangely, she can’t understand my enthusiasm for the Coupe so she never looks when I am on the FCCUK site
