Someone trying to get access to my account

Why would anyone want to?

I have been selling items possibly to "sell more"

I could potentially think of a few things that could be done

Make sure admin have blocked the IP Address quoted.

If one thinks of doing such a thing, I doubt an IP block is going to be much of a problem for him/her. Good thing that you cannot specify the email address you want the temp passwd to be send to (at least I hope!)
