Could I? - 10/08/2009 11:46
Just got a fresh 12 months MOT, 6 months tax, inc a new cat as it failed on emissions first time, new tires, backbox, and lots of other minor bits.
£700 is the bill for the coupe this month and i have only just been paid
Spent well over 2.5k on it in the last year of owning it too.
When the car is in such good working order with fresh MOT it makes it so tempting to sell it, but as i know from experience, i'll never get that money back and i will just be back for another one.
The coupe is a bit of an addiction, having them for 3 years, first one when i was 18 iv not found anything that could ever replace it. It's so tempting to just settle for something cheaper so i have no financial worries, but i can't kick the addiction
Especially now my insurance has halved from £1500 to £760 when i turned 21, i think the positives just about outweigh the benefits.
I know you will all advise me to keep the car, its a Coupe forum after all, its just nice knowing i'm not on my own with all these big expenses just to keep an "old fiat" on the road.
