Top gear..Cars with soul

Well the coupe has got a place (1 of only 13) in Topgear magazines "Cars with soul" article on page 105 February issue.

Know doubt there will be a few who will have other opinions on the list.

On Old Top Gear Clarkson tested a glut of Coupes in the late 90s (its on Youtube) and whilst he liked the Fiat a lot he had to take into account some of the reliability issues some owners had suffered and was unable to let it win.

The article has vanished

The article is definitely in the mag but the link they give isn't working.
It could be because it's an early subscribers edition and the links not up yet.
But then it's tech so I don't understand it

Someone should mention some of the impressive 500/550 bhp figures all from a 2litre, would love them to do a proper AutoItalia style write up and test day of some of these beasts, imagine one on one of the Top Gear shows!!!
Surely they need some new ideas, maybe this could be one!

What about a cheap car challenge where they have to buy either a Coupe or a GTV for £1500 and drive to Italy and back using the change for petrol and running repairs.

Or diguising it as a police car and then ragging the arse off it in reverse gear and wrecking it.

Any old italian car on top gear will be wrecked, in fact any old car will be wrecked. They will drive it around laughing at the bits that fall off and keep banging into each other. Normally the destruction will be primarily aimed at whatever May is driving. Don't ever expect a proper review in thd sam manner to those they do for the latest Fezza or Lambo, it won't happen unless Quentin Wilson or the like re-join the show...and i can't see that happening.

I think we were all disappointed about the coupe police car ragging.
BUT......
We're talking about them rating it in there top 13 cars with soul.

Here comes the big increase in values.............not
