I remember this like it was yesterday!!

Well remembered! That was when I was "between coupes" so I guess I wasn't checking the forum much then, don't remember that thread at all.

There was quite a bit of excitement on here (as you can see fro the thread)! Shame it didn't turn out to be a decent comprison with similarly priced rivals but that's never been what Top Gear has been about.

Quite nice that the car was on the ramp in the studio for YEARS after that episode though
