Fuel tank pressurized

Greetings,does anyone else have pressurized fuel tank? When I open the cap,highly pressurized air will exit for 2-3 seconds,not sure is that normal since none of other cars I had did this. Also when filling the car up,I have to press pump nozzle only to half since the pump will cut off(like the tank is filled).

After a while you learn *exactly* where to hold the filler to avoid tick clunk bugger tick clunk bugger...

It mostly depends on the filling station, I have no problem with some, but can't get the filler to work properly on anothers.
