Problems after re-build

Hi everybody

I am owner of 2.0 16v NA

Almost 2 years ago due to timing belt engine got problems and i just parked car some garage.Month ago rebuilded engine at all and now runs ok.(almost) I have problem with rough idle and also engine vibrate alot up to 3000 rpm.There was no problem on diagnostic (startrek and iaw scan2)

Where i must check about problem ?

Regarding the vibration, is the balance belt positioned correctly? Also, a video will go a long way in explaining how the engine runs/vibrates. Cheers

Thank you for answer.I am out of city till Friday.I will publish video on Friday..
