20VT diagnostic port location

I was under the impression the port was on the passenger side beside the fuses However the workshop manual is saying its on the driver side above the ac compressor Which side is it on ??

The port is on the drivers side, above the washer bottle. There's a bracket there that it's attached to.

Thanks for that i was using the other 3 pin connected behind the battery/fuses .
