Rear Arms and Sub Frame - 20/05/2019 09:48

Hi All
I've decided that the arms are a bit too crusty There is about 2mm rust all over these and the inside is bad also.

Where can I get new ones? Trusted source? Seen some options on ebay for new like
Arm
or
Arm

also
Sub frame bushes?
Rubber VS PU Vs Solid ( which I have but never fitted.

Third Project Threads? Talk to me.

Thanks

New OE bushes from myself if my memory serves me correctly.

I bought the MOOG ones but they are not fitted yet. In isolation, they look and feel well made. I can't see that the Febi ones will be any better. I would take the cheaper one from those two fairly well-known suppliers.

Both names are deemed to be good quality .

Thanks guys - how much were they and are they easy to replace? I will get mine off in the next few weeks and off to powder coater's so I want to make sure there are no tricky aspects for the removal and re-fitting of them.

I paid 171€ for my pair I see from my parts list. I'm not fitting them myself as I found someone who would fit parts I supply (not easy here). It doesn't look too difficult to remove but we are throwing away pretty much everything from the back end and rebolting new so it should be relatively easy.

Are you powder coating the original ones or a new pair?

Thank you - Mine are in pretty good shape with just minor surface rust so I may just get them powder coated. I will have a closer look when I remove them and make a call then.
