Cylinder Head Swap

Hi guys,

Fairly new to the coupe scene and i think i know the answer but on the off chance I'm wrong- can you swap cylinder heads without removing the engine from the engine bay?

When taking the head off a 20v coupe in situ, i presume you remove the head complete with inlet manifold. Is there any brackets beneath the inlet manigold securing, and if so whats the best way of getting to the securing bolts?
