Plus track wheels....what colour?

I have a set of plus wheels i (and nismo) will be refurbishing tomorrow.

I want to do something different as they are just for track use however they still need to look good in the photos of me overtaking proccy

Any pics on.a red coupe would be good. So far im thinking:

Gloss White
Graphite
Broom Yellow

Gloss White or Graphite but not Broom Yellow as you won't be able to see your Yellow calipers

I'd go White or Yellow

You should know what graphite would look like, as it's similar to LE coloured wheels.

I may give white a go for donnington and then try something else for the next one... keeps me busy anyway

Graphite..

Graphite plus wheels would look good on a red car, however just for comedy value and because it's not my car.....go for yellow!!

In Portugal plus wheels for sale are very rare, and cost more than € 500,00 EUR, so please do not make fun of the poor

Try the Poorboy's Wheel Sealant. Will make it much easier to clean your wheels - even using just a water hose.

I do its great stuff isnt it!!

the wheels have been sanded down , metal fillered , sanded again , etch primered , sanded down again the bits we missed , etch primered the bits we sanded down again and now have the final top coat and have been left to dry ready for the lacquer on monday , the tyres will be fitted wednesday/thursday ready for the ace cafe meet on thursday night so we'll get some photos to show the final finish . i think Mario is very happy with the finish and didn't exspect them to come out as good as they have and we only spent £40/£50 on paint/lacquer and about £30 on tea/milk and sugar so a very cheap home refurb .

This gets my vote for the track.

Another project for nismo I reckon

i'm still looking for some sprinty wing mirrors so i can do some led indecators for you T and have ordered some red leds to do my boost gauge and air vents

If I didn't use my car everyday, I would take my mirrors off and send them to you

The spare set I've got, I ruined when trying to do led indicators a few years ago

i will find a good set one day and get them done for you but i'm staying well away for doing anything led to my wheels or Marios

I reckon Mario would love the reflective paint though

They had glow in the dark wheel paint in the shop ... however Im not sure I will be doing many night track sessions
Although I hear it takes proccy so long to go around donnington It may well be dark by the time he completes his first lap
