Hi,

Look into this one as well, plenty of high power 20VT running on the standard exhaust manifold.

SPA Turbo Manifold

I shipped this direct from Brazil for USD229.00 incl. shipping.

This will accommodate external waste gate.

Cheers,

Matt

in all fairness, i been lookin an lookin for a tubular manifold an while lookin i found the ebay item. i asked abt warrenty an it comes with a year, he was good when i said abt an extended warrenty, he can personnally say there good for 5 years, after that he's not sure, but at that price, 5 years i think is good. only problem is..... why would you unless adding more than 450bhp (???)

Re: Exhaust manifold - 04/07/2013 18:41

Well,my plan is 500 bhp.Now I have GT2871 ,but I want to go for GTX3076 which is able to make that kind of power without problems.I must change exhaust manifold because GTX has T3 flange.

Re: Exhaust manifold - 06/07/2013 10:27

You get flange adapters you know...

This builds less than an inch, you get adapters with smoother transitions but offcourse they build more...

As a sidenote i wouldnt go with a gtx 3076
Decide where you wanna go and choose between gtx3071 or gtx3576
The 76compressor is to big for the gt30

Re: Exhaust manifold - 06/07/2013 16:37

GTX3071 will give 500bhp with a 0.86AR turbine housing - mine isn't far off with a 0.64AR housing

Re: Exhaust manifold - 06/07/2013 17:12

What about GTX 3582?Is it too big for 2.0?

Nismo is selling what your after - manifold, turbo and external waste gate!

Well that turbo has similar limit as mine. I want bigger one because maybe I am going to switch to 2.4.

Re: Exhaust manifold - 07/07/2013 07:08

GTX3576R meanwhile is first choice in USA at cars >600HP <650HP
As Brickfoot told - the GTX3076R suffers from the same problem like my old GT3082R. The exhaust side is too small for power Region >600HP...
New GTX3576R matches better from compressor too turbine.
Spool is about the same (small Advantage from GTX3076R) with much better top end power from GTX3576R
GTX3582R looses about 500rpm spool, advantage is a power output up to ~750HP

Dont spec your turbo based upon "what you might have" later.
If considering 2,4 conversions etc, the price of a turbo is pocket change as they are wery sellable second hand. Pick a turbo that goes well with where you are now, a turbo too big is way worse than one too small.
Exhaust housing for a 2,4 needs to be way bigger than on a 2,0 wich will move your boost treshold way up north, giving you a powerband from 5000 to 7000 wich isnt much fun.
