16vt turbocharger

What gains will I get from this please folks any good ?

260-300 bhp depending on supporting mods.
It's a t3 super 60, my car made around 310 bhp with this turbo, but engine was heavily modded, with head work and cams.
Minimum mods for this Turbo I'd say are FMIC, 3 bar fpr, larger down pipe and flea/kj live map...
