Lancia Thema 16vt head

Anyone know if this will fit the 16vt coupe without mods?

I have a spare engine that is from a 16vt thema.
The inlet manifold and throttle body are slightly different but the head and all other crankcase bolts look identical to me.
I wish i could go out to the shed and take a few photos and measurements to be sure but unfortunately its on another continent at the moment (car and both engines in the UK)

Hopefully, someone that knows for sure will be along shortly

Yes, it will, but, you need to measure the inlet valves as I believe these are smaller in size

Been offered a S3 Thema bare head so no valves in it.

S3 Thema turbo head had the smaller inlet valves. All others are the same
