Orignal poster asked the same question in other thread - Marketplace/Parts wanted, and got multiple replys.
In the end, these are/were recommended (both threads):

WATER:
Flexeo kit - 11 pcs - € 249 inc VAT
Viper performance - 10 pcs - gbp 157 ex VAT
Midlands servicing - 12 pcs - gbp 160 ?? VAT

BOOST / AIR
Flexeo kit - 6 pcs - € 189 inc VAT
Merlin motorsport - Samco 6 pcs - € 193 ex VAT

* Flexeo and Viper also sell only "COHD"
* only Flexeo does inlet "doughnuts - € 59 inc VAT for 5pcs kit."
* only Flexeo does oil hoses kit (2pcs) and sells separately various other hoses."

I'm in the same position as original poster, and it seems Flexeo is the best option.
My questions are:
1. are there any notable differences in quality?
2. how important are differences in number of pieces of water hoses (10 vs. 11 vs. 12)
3. how durable/ permanent are silicone hoses - eg. is CHOD replacement "fit and forget" or should it be replaced in 5 years
4. is there any feedback on longevity regarding color - eg. do RED hoses degrade more due to heating / heat soak of the red colored surfaces?

confused

I will try to give some opinion on your questions.

The difference in quality would in my opinion be hard to know as I doubt anyone has bought and used all the different makes of hose.
From my point I have a full set of Booster silicon water hoses. They have been on at least 5 years on my track car. They are still fine. I have had a few of them off the car while doing work and I have inspected them and are all still good.

Nearly all the French coupe owners use Flexeo kit. So that must tell us something.

As far as how many to buy, that's up to you but the more you have has to be a better option.

I have tow or three spare coloured sets of water hoses that sit in my barn and a set get taken as spares for track days. They are sitting about for years not on the car. They are viper I believe.

When I first replaced the original hoses at 45,000 miles there was not much wrong with any of the originals.

When running a coupe like I do on track there is no such thing as fit and forget.

Im pretty sure my Dda had the Booster ones and a few of them were fraying and getting weak and the chod burst too.
I think JBT gets some high quality ones, cant rmember the name of them but my Dad got them ones in the end, much better quality.
Speak to JBT

Viper Performance

Do a kit for the Coupe (Kit 074), very good quality and they also do the clips for them too:

viper-performance.co.uk

Think its Edward, who deals with all the orders, can't remember if they do club discount

Samco also do a boost hose kit unless they have stopped manufacturing it....

As a check, I have searched random other parts, different car brands (eg. Alfa, Peugeot etc) and spares type, there's no prices or options to buy on any of them?
I'm sure I've seen the options to buy a few weeks ago, when I searched the prices for various brands (Samco, Viper etc). It was on the same computer. Now I've even tried swintching web browsers... no use. frown

Is the site down, is it only possible to buy during "normal" working hours? confused

I've tried Motorstore.fr during the day, 10am, 2pm, 5pm... Still no prices or a way to buy stuff.
Can anybody spare some time to check the site?

There are some sellers on AliExpress selling silicone water hoses kits for Coupe 16vt and 20vt. Have you checked them?

Thank you for the tip.
Someone on the forum wrote that eBay / Aliexpress hoses become brittle after a few years. From the specs, they are 3 ply, and I think Flexeo and Viper are 4ply, and have a smoother surface - from the photos just look better made.
Anyway, I'm after Air/boost hose kit, and also wanted to buy CHoD and inlet doughnuts from Flexeo.

Thanks for that. It would of been easy for them to have put a message up on thier web page to say they were in inventory.

We will just have to watch that space.

Re: Silicone hoses - 06/07/2019 08:20

They are back online, prices visible. One can also immediately check availability - if "Add to cart" button is faded, it's not available.

July 5, 2019, 20v turbo parts:
AVAILABLE - Water and oil hoses are available, full kits and some independent (eg. only CHoD), in various colors.
OUT OF STOCK - Intake/boost hose kit (all colors), inlet doughnuts also (red states "made to order", 30 days after payment) cry
...I've sent them email if Coupe "out of stock" items are slated for production in foreseeable future.

Got reply from Flexeo France / Motorstore.fr
I asked for availability of hoses that were marked as unavailable on their website - air/boost hoses, inlet doughnuts and CHoD.
Quote ( with their approval):

contact.motorstore@gmail.com

This is the list of details :
FL-0190 = Available only in Blue but can order in Black, need 3 weeks to received.
FL-0075 = In producing, available in 3 weeks in Black, Blue, Red
FL-0114 = Available in Black, Blue, Red

They don't do discount for FccUK members, only in case of group buy.
Hope it helps. smile
