Peformance 16v NA cams

Greetings, I found cams with this spec:
Duration 260°-250°
Timing 20/60° 55/15°
Valve lift 10.40mm 8.90mm
Lift@TDC 2.00mm 1.00mm

Are they useable daily and what are the estimate power gains with them+headers,intake,exhaust and remap?

these seems to be intended for turbo applications, probably ultimate road spec - I geus thanks to much lower lift exhaust cam, and its lift at TDC)

for road going 16V NA without necessity of further modification in head and use of standart engine management with good idle, and good emmisions go for:

10.8mm max lift
1.5mm lift@TDC

duration around 230° (1mm)

on exhaust can be little bit smaller cam to improve torque...

Yes those are for integrale. In my country, currently on offer are that ones and this ones from CatCams

with lift over 10,8 you will need new valvetrain - spring, caps etc.. so quite expensive..

and if you have NA engine, go for NA cams.. those you mentioned above are also for turbo..

overall output depends on how good is the rest of the engine and how well is the ecu tuned.(livemapping necesarry)..
