Silicone I assumed would suffer from hardening & cracking less than rubber...

No I ended up finding a decent condition original for not much money...

I got one the last week, arrived yesterday actually, seems good quality stuff, four ply, very nice surface and inner finishing, five regular quality hose clamps include. Didn't check how it fits though, still too cold to make my fingers suffer😅

thanks for the replies, having a front intercooler i'm opting for a SIP, i have already ordered some aluminum parts and i will weld them together.

...just to confirm: the fitment is just right, though, in my opinion, lacks pair of centimeters, one at each end of the hose. The auxiliary ports are well flush and good length making it easier to fit the clamps. So, given there's no oem replacement part, this does the job at 100%.
