manifold heat wrap

has anyone experience in oem manifold wrap?

I'm evaluating this mod on the other hand there is the ceramic coating. Of course there are big price differences.

Please post your impressions and pics of the works.

Any way of protecting the engine from heat soak is a good thing, heat retards the ignition which reduces power so if funds allow go ceramic coatings.
