That looks good, it will certainly be a lot stronger now but i don't understand how the wall blew up. Do you now what caused it; was it a weakness in the casting (which i doubt) or did it just let go?

When the wall was broken, the dinamoter was showing 507hp....

The wall just broke.

The engine head are with 142cfm of capacity flow.

Good work but i think your trying to run too much boost thats why the first block broke. With the mods you have now done it should hold now. Good Luck

Don't need to run 2 bar boost to get this kind of power - we got 587 with "just" 1.4 bar

George is preparing a pretty rapid PuntoGT2 with a 16VT coupe engine/box et al. All forged, with some wild cams and large turbo...

Looking forward to a drive before the end of the month $\:D$

We got 507 hp with "just" 0.8 bar...

We do not did the tests with 1.4 bar. But I think that 587hp is easily reacheble with this pressure.

It uses the 2.45L engine runners, stock length, but larger diameter

The intake manifold plenum is the turbo version modified with larger air horns
