coupe on ebay.. belts??

seen a coupe on ebay looks clean but was abit confused as its advertised as excellent/best example with low miles...
thing is that confuses me is the belt was changed in 2004 so would this now be due a change? is there anything else that i should check that could of perished through lack of use like bushes..?

Battery, Aircon and Exhaust spring to mind.
I also used to get a stuck clutch on one of my cars - it would stick to the flywheel. Also brake discs.
