What do I need to check for on a 99 Imported 20V

Hi,

I joined the forum this afternoon so this is my first post.

I am looking at buying a 20V Coupe now my kids are out of prams and my circumstances allow it. I had a 16V Turbo 4 years a go but had to let it go and be sensible for a few years.

I am looking at a 99 20V turbo which was originaly imported, I think from Belgium.

What should I look out for in particular and how do I check if the car was to UK spec or not?

Secondly does the fact its an import affect the purchase / resale price compared to a UK car?

Any help anyone can give or suggest would be welcomed.

Import doesn't seem to make a lot of difference to the price now, plenty of them were bought over via the forces etc.
As for what to look out for, best bet is to read the buyers guide on here as that will give you plenty of pointers.
