Just thinking about selling my coop.... price idea

I have moved into my own place now so i dont have any/virtually no disposable income to maintain the coop, so i am thinking about selling up (not deff yet just thinking)

Bad points

Rust on the arches, dent on the boot lid and rear light panel, tad patch of rust above the rear bumper and bonnet. usual stone cips and scratchs/carpark dents.
wheels could do with a refurb
Clutch just started slipping (only on WOT at full boost)
track rod and could do with replacing.
The c pillar on passenger side has been resprayed
New drivrs side door, has some rust showing through needs aligning.
interior carpet hs a couple of holes in near the pedals.
