24yr old 2yr ncb possible on a 20vt - 20/09/2007 20:15

hi guys just joined up as im looking at buying a 20v turbo coupe but im having difficulty even getting a quote and some are rediculous at £2000+

Just wondering if it would be possible for me to get insurance anywhere for under a grand?

im 24 been driving 2 1/2 yrs with no claims and no convictions, live in a small village in lakedistrict so low crime

seems weird i can insure things like supra twin turbos etc but not a fiat coupe \:\(

you should be able to insure one no problem \:\? I'm 22 with loads of mods, 1yr NCB, bad post code, and I pay £1200 with adrian flux.

Yeah avoid these 'mainstream' companies. I'm 25 with 1 year ncb and in one of the worst postcodes around and i'm paying about £800 with Noel Dazely.

BUT put someone older on the policy. Basically just mess around with named drivers and the policy prices drop a lot give it a try. they are all part of the same insurers but one will be cheaper than the other.. WEIRD...

Which small village? I reckon that makes two coupés in the Lake District, that's a 100% rise in the count since last year after Mitch stuffed his \:\(

The older drivers thing is weird, elephant quoted something, dropped it by 500 with my mum on, dropped it only by about 100 with my dad on and with them both i think it went up or something!!

With admiral 3 years ncb 23 yrs old, Mum as a named driver fully comp £545.
Do it online, in one lump to get most discount, pay monthly and you normally get about a 10 - 20 % interest fee.

Kind regards
