Fiat part prices

Doing the kids’ Fiat 500 servicing and repairs. Rear hub nut (M22x1.5 pre-peened) - £8!!! That makes main dealer Merc prices seem reasonable. Previously I’ve been quoted insane prices for other parts too. Why? It’s not as if they’re well-engineered. I had to fix the broken door handle (the YouTube video I used as a guide had had 172,000 views) - second one I’ve done.

I nearly always buy what I can from aftermarket suppliers.
