The two cars are Vauxhalls - the white car on the skid pan is a HB Viva saloon and the 2nd is a Firenza Coupe (basically a Viva HC Coupe) 
Classic sketches, but the 'hand built by Roberts' BL spoof is the funnier of the two. So is this one:
