Well Australia are second favourites!!! and the U.K. Have about as much chance of winning as Leicester did of winning the Premier league a year ago, ooh I wonder, at least Graham Norton makes it just about a bearable watch for just once a year, there will be no gerrymandering of votes I'm sure.

Perish the thought!
Russia is the worry, though. Think of all those neighbouring countries that will vote for them.
I've always been musical & consider myself a bit of a critic. tonight has so far been dire. No real standing out items whats so ever.... Full of yodelers Just my thoughts....
Just to add, the so called rock efforts a very tame indeed, so no real stuff there.....
In all seriousness, it seems to be the same plan in most of the songs offered.....Starting off in a slow low sub yodel, then working up to the mid/high pitch yodel, one or two screams or grunts thrown in for good measure, & there you have it.
I've just woken up... UK was forgettable, in all honesty that was the first time I heard our effort. As for the winner, perhaps I'm being a bit harsh, but I remember her being a bit breathy & well, forgettable as well.
Second place by an immigrant to Australia is a good result
The education and musical training that Dami received here in Brisbane shows that we are "World Class"; a graduate of the Queensland Con (Griffith University).
My last geography lesson was in 1979 - I vaguely recall the constituent nations of the European Union and unless tectonic shift has accelerated somewhat in the last 37 years, I can't see Australia being a member....
