Selling my Soul to buy a coop!

Honest. I want to sell my Kia Soul so I can make a comeback.

How do i transfer my private reg from my current car to a new car? I've been googling away and it seems I need the V5 for both cars, current MOT's for both cars and a completed V317 form.

Right so that would (hopefully)transfer my private reg to the new car. What would happen the the new cars existing reg? And more importantly what would my Kia Soul have as a reg? I can't sell it without one!

Swapping plates is easy, follow the instructions and if you're on your way back in Jim's get it done sooner then later as it does take a week/10 days from memory.

The original reg remains with the Kia, and would go back on the car. If you originally registered it with a private reg, you'll be issued a new, non-transferrable reg.

Thanks Guy's. I was selling the Soul to We buy any car but need to transfer the reg before I can do that. I *think* I get it now Just need to find the V5 registration document for the Soul

About weight watchers, have you tried the 5:2 diet? I have lost 25 pounds doing it. On two non-consecutive days each week, you eat 500 calories or less. The rest of the time, you just eat what you like. The weight loss is slow but steady. Your body does not have a chance to go into calorie-conservation mode so the weight loss doesn't slow down. It's so easy to stick to and once you are at your ideal weight, one 500 calorie day a week will keep your weight steady.

However, I too recommend the 5:2 diet It's an excellent way of losing weight.
I drink too much alcohol for it to be effective for me, but otherwise, it's an easy one to follow and it works!

Well, Chris arrived (courtesy of his daughter) this morning and I am now Coupé-less once again.

Although I'm sad at leaving the fraternity and I'll miss the Coupé driving thrill we all love, I'm actually relieved that HAN will get the care and attention (s)he needs.

I hope C2D's drive back up to the north-west isn't too grim in this atrocious weather.

Oh, and we both forgot to take pictures (and to sign the V5C...)

Coupe oil runs in your veins Jim! How is she Chris? I heard she was a cut-n-shut before Jim welded and painted it? About the 5:2 diet, I found I was so hangry I could easily kill a man for a Snickers by the second day. Its Slimming world for me! Started a rather rotund 19st 3 and currently 16 10. The dream is to wear a bikini for my hols in October

Look forward to those holiday pictures Matt I've been slightly following slimming world. I've lost about 3/4 of astone (16 to 15 and a bit) Lesley has been doing it proper , lost about two stone and has kept it off for the last year.

You've heard of Rosemary Conley's diet plan, I prefer Billy Connolly's dieting advice: "Eat less, move more".

Well there's been a number plate amnesty and HAN is going to stay. The DVLA let me pay £80.00 to take the plates off the Soul then said sod off you can't put them on the coop as it will make the vehicle look newer! (would take more than a blummin' number plate)
