Came across these instructions on Amazon for fitting paint protection film. I suspect it may be from China...
Made me chuckle.
If only everything in life was fixed with a good scraper scrape. 
and I've never tried gunning a roast bake flat. I'd like to try though.
How to Paste:
1. Clean the place you want to paste, make sure that no impurities or wax or something.
2. With a fine sprinkling the surface of the wet.
3. Peel the paper off the sticker, ready to paste.
4. Scraped off with a scraper to sprinkle fine, you can use a hard car.
5. Trim the corner excess portio.
6. Gun with roast bake flat corners, and you're done with a good scraper scrape.
