Flush cut saws

Flush cut saws - 24/03/2023 08:22

During my incessant trawl of restoration videos I've been tempted by several pieces of natty equipment such as Hand Tool Rescue's wrenches (I have a standard and a mini-size, both sent from Canada cool ) as well as the never-gonna-get drill presses and sanding machines frown

But what looks mightily accessible is a flush-cut saw - has anyone had experience of these and would they recommend say the Stanley example?

For cabinet work and boat building I use Japanese pattern pull saws - no going back to any other handsaw once you try them.

Thanks, I'd never heard of these, but the look is much more akin to what I've seen the craftsmen use online.

I note you can get them with teeth on both lower and upper edges....
