Bumper stops - replacement part?

Hi,

Have tried to find a replacement part for the receiving rubber plate part for the bump stops, 46408116(?), but doesn't seem to be available as a spare part anymore. Does anyone know where to get one?

Also, can anyone confirm the bump stop for the upper part is: FEBI BILSTEIN 36979 Rubber Buffer? (https://www.autodoc.co.uk/febi-bilstein/7016505) as this is needed as well...

I believe Alfa P/N 60651482 fits, its from an Alfa GTV and are still available from Totally Alfa.
