who makes 12mm spacers

Can anyone give me a brand that makes 12mm hubcentric spacers suitable for a 20VT. The wheels are a 4x98 patern I'm using normal not wobbly bolts.
Do H&R make a 12mm spacer for this pattern?Anyone got a H&R product number?
