Wobbly bolts - 21/08/2008 10:12

I am looking for some decent wobbly bolts which are longer by circa 15mm than standard bolts? Any recommendations?

if you can find some let me know!!!

I run 15mm H&R spacers and 4x98 alloys at the mo, which is fine with longer standard bolts, but i have also some 4x100 alloys waiting to be fitted (spacer still required to clear brembos) everywhere i have contacted have said its not possible to get longer wobbly bolts (i need approx 34mm, standard lenght are 29mm shaft).

The only solution i've found is to buy hub adaptors, 4x98 - 4x100 from H&R, they will act as 20mm spacers, bolt straight to the hub, then bolt the wheels to the adaptors.

But....... they are £100 per axle \:o

group buy for 2 \:D

I think by now I have searched the world and nobody seems to have extended woobly bolts. So, I will have to sell the wheels and stick to the standard ones.

ninja, cheaper option than h&r are delta mic's hub centric spacers which cost £37 per axle from lkperformancestyling.co.uk They also come with bolts to fit them to the hub. For the front axle you will have to trim the bolts a bit. Only thing you will need to buy is a set of wobbly bolts. So, £100 and you got your wheels on ;\)
