firstly, where on the front adjuster is the position that is equal ride height to the standard spring?

Secondly, should the rear springs sit on the rear adjuster without any sort of rubber them?

I don't have the answer to your first question it's just trial and error.

No rubber on spring to adjuster but one on the top of the spring to car body

if you have standard springs on front you should definately buy the uprated ones i am selling they make a fair difference

yours are 110nm right?

ive already got 80 and 100nm, and my car is track based so i think i'm pretty well catered for, but could be interesting to try them out for comparison
